Coach Rommel is co-founder and president of Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things. He was shaped and molded by more than two decades of working in different restaurants, rising from being a crew member in Jollibee, to becoming one of Outback Steakhouse’s youngest Managing Partners and eventually the Regional Operating Partner for the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. He was also the former Director of Business Development and Franchising, Business Unit General Manager and Director of International Operations of Shakey’s. As founder of The Resto Coach, Coach Rommel aims to share his restaurant and leadership knowledge and experience with other aspiring resto negosyantes in order to create a more collaborative industry which will continue to thrive for many years to come.
