He has been adept in the conduct of Leadership training, communication and sensitivity workshops, team building, and various human resource management topics. He holds more than a decade of facilitation experience with private and civic organizations.

He is a GENOS Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and has incorporated emotional intelligence in his training. He received training for The 7 habits of Highly Effective People under the Franklin Covey Institute in 2004 and 2014 respectively. Attended the exclusive L.E.A.D seminar of Dr. John C. Maxwell last July 2015 held in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.

He holds a degree in BS Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and took up graduate units at the Ateneo de Manila University where he also served as a faculty member in the High School department.

As a consultant, he is a Resource Person and training consultant for First Pacific Leadership Academy, OPT Training and Consultancy, Total Executive Management Portal, Inc., and ARIVA Academy as an administrator, he is the President and Managing Director of Silverback Training and Events Solutions Co. – a company specializing in training and events management. He held an administrative position as the Assistant Director for Human Resource & Management Development Department at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School Passionate, dynamic, and street smart are but a few words to describe our speaker. As a facilitator, being able to direct and guide large team-building crowds, making sure they enjoy their experience while still making sure a company’s objectives are met.
